BOOTCAMP CLASSES
ABOUT BOOTCAMP
When starting out you should aim to make a minimum of 2 - 3 bootcamp sessions per week. This will ensure you are getting great results, at a pace that motivates you to continue. All sessions are led by qualified coaches that can cater to your level, abilities and injuries. Monday through Friday, you will see the following sessions on a rotating roster.

The class of all classes! Our Super Saturday sessions have a little bit of every other class rolled into one. You can expect:

TESTING
Throughout the year we hold traditional fitness testing sessions to give you a clear measures every few months:

Wall sit Test

1km Time trial
Benchmark workouts are set workouts that you complete and re-test yourself on the exact same workout a few months later. Benchmark workouts can give a much more functional insight into how your overall fitness has improved outside of our traditional testing.
