There are just times when you need that personal touch or a private space to work on more complex movements. This is when personal training is the perfect option for you. You can choose to do a one-off session to complement your bootcamp classes or purchase a pack of sessions if you want to get into a consistent routine. Personal Training can also be a great way to get started if you are not ready to join a group.

Compound lifts and Complex movements require 1-1 attention from a qualified coach to ensure form and technique are correct. This is also crucial to avoid injury and ensure the movement is being executed safely
Private sessions are a great way to build confidence in your training if you don't feel ready yet to join a group. They can also be a great way to build confidence in a specific skillset ( e.g. boxing )
