Judgement-free Zone

We understand that everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey. Our program is a completely judgment-free zone where you can feel comfortable working out at your own pace and level. We aim to program our classes so that nobody is left behind or feeling as though they are slowing down a group! Believe it to not, this is often what can deter people from joining a group program!


Fitness Accountability

Like it or not, your head coach will be the biggest pain in your a good way 😜! They will keep you accountable, check in if you've canceled classes, and have those difficult conversations around discipline or fitness accountability. The challenge for most beginners to fitness is actually sticking to the plan and building consistency in training. Our Coaches do a fantastic job of regularly checking in and helping you stay on track and motivated.


Workout Diversity

Our program offers a wide variety of workouts, from strength training to cardio, boxing, fitness games, and more. All our classes are on a rotating roster, which means that Monday one week might be boxing, but cardio the next! So, even if you have a strict routine or specific days you attend, you will always have access to a variety of workouts. Our coaches are constantly updating and diversifying the workouts for the reasons that Bootcamp gets the best results, and to keep things interesting and fun!


Bootcamp Outdoor Activities

As busy humans, we often as long as possible each year don't get enough time outdoors in the fresh air, away from our devices, and OFF SCREENS! We keep our Bootcamps outdoors while working with some indoor venues during the cold winter months. So Bootcamp is just that extra opportunity each day to connect with nature, enjoy the fresh air, and UNPLUG from all the notifications and technology. It's so important to prioritise yourself and give yourself a little moment each day that is just for you!
