There are generally some common questions before starting your Bootcamp journey, so we have answered them for you!

FAQ's

Q: Can I Train at Other Locations?

A: Absolutely! Our bootcamp membership grants you access to multiple locations. If you know in advance that you'll be in another area for the day, simply inform your head trainer of your preferred location. They will ensure that the trainer at that location is expecting you and provide all necessary details regarding any injuries or preferences you may have. Whether you're traveling or simply seeking to switch up your routine, Bootcamp Co. welcomes you to attend sessions at any of our affiliated locations.

Q: What if I am going away on Holidays?

A: We understand that life sometimes takes you away from your regular routine. If you're going on holiday, you have the option to pause your membership temporarily. Just let your head trainer know in advance via email, including the dates you are away, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.

Q: Is there such thing as training TOO much?

A: Yes, while consistency is key to seeing results, it's important to listen to your body and avoid overtraining. This can intern affect your mental state, recovery, diet, and overall energy levels. Our trainers will guide you in finding the right balance between pushing yourself and allowing for proper recovery. We suggest training no more than 3-4 times a week at bootcamp, and using walks, swims, and stretching as lighter recovery days. Remember, rest days are just as important as workout days.
